Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Partner Pig mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not use the App.
This Agreement is a legal contract between you and BURD LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Partner Pig application.
2. Description of Service
Partner Pig is a mobile application designed to help couples stay connected through shared activities, including caring for a virtual pet pig, playing games, and exchanging messages.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User-Generated Content Policy
Partner Pig allows users to create and share content with their connected partner, including messages, drawings, quiz questions, and other user-generated content. By using these features, you agree to the following:
4.1 Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content. You agree NOT to create, upload, share, or transmit any content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful
- Contains sexually explicit or pornographic material
- Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against any individual or group
- Contains graphic violence or gore
- Exploits or endangers minors in any way
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains spam, malware, or deceptive content
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
4.2 Zero Tolerance for Abusive Users
We have zero tolerance for abusive users. You agree NOT to:
- Harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten other users
- Stalk or attempt to contact users who have blocked you
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use the App to send unsolicited or unwanted communications
- Attempt to manipulate, deceive, or defraud other users
- Engage in any conduct that is harmful to other users or the App
4.3 Consequences of Violations
Violations of this User-Generated Content Policy may result in:
- Immediate removal of the offending content
- Temporary suspension of your account
- Permanent termination of your account without warning or refund
- Reporting to law enforcement if the content is illegal
- Legal action to recover damages caused by your conduct
We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of this policy and to take appropriate action.
4.4 Reporting Violations
If you encounter any objectionable content or abusive behavior, please report it immediately to connor@burd.llc. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
5. Content Ownership and License
You retain ownership of any content you create through the App. By sharing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the App.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BURD LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7. In-App Purchases
The App may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Prices are subject to change without notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BURD LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Violations of the User-Generated Content Policy (Section 4) may result in immediate termination without warning.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
11. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Agreement in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
